Located at 77 South Lexington Avenue, White Plains, NY, the court oversees a variety of criminal and traffic cases. The court convenes daily, Monday through Friday at 9:30am and 2:00pm. The court clerk’s office is open Monday Through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Assistant district attorneys from the Westchester County District Attorney’s office prosecute the cases.
