Before founding the Law Office of Gary S. Miller, P.C., I began my legal career as an attorney at a Long Island criminal law firm with offices located in the court building. During that time, I appeared daily at the First District Court in Central Islip defending those charged with criminal and traffic offenses.
Over the last 30 years I have represented motorists throughout Suffolk County, Nassau County, New York City and Upstate New York. During that time my representation has resulted in thousands of criminal, traffic, and DWI charges being reduced or dismissed in their entirety.
